Eternalsnow.com is proud to congratulate the Eternal Grom team for placing first, in the youth team division, at this years Ultimate Boarder competition.  A competition when boarders of the three different board sports; Surfing, Snowboarding, and Skateboarding battle for the title of Ultimate Boarder. The little groms on Eternal’s youth team;  Trevor Thornton,  Lil’ Joshua Douglas, and Nathan Alegeria held it down for the shop by taking two first pace standing in both Surfing and Snowboarding. The competition began in Seaside Reef, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, CA where surfers threw down then rolled through the Sierras, stopping in Northstar-at-Tahoe  where the snowboarders hucked themselves, and finally coming to the Grand Sierra Resort Reno, NV for the indoor skate jam and the finals.  In the men’s division Team Hosoi took the crown with help from big name riders such as; Christian Hosoi, Brandon Cocard, and Rob Machado. The winner of the first installment of Eternal’s Home Page Image Contest is…. Adam Chrabaszcz!

Adam took the top spot for his sweet night jib shot. Second place goes out to Amelia Kenny, and third to Dylan Thompson. Congrats kids! We’ll let you know what happens from here shortly.

Do you love snowboarding? How about snapping pictures of your friends while they’re snowboarding? Combine the two, and you could be featured on the EternalSnow.com home page!

EternalSnow.com wants to feature your snowboarding picture on its home page for one month – if it’s good enough, of course!

Now I bet you’re wondering how to enter. Here’s the deal:

* Take an original picture of a friend or a complete stranger performing a trick or snowboarding across a scenic view.
* Post the image to your blog or website.
* Add the phrase “Give me free snowboarding gear” as a link to EternalSnow.com as entry into the contest.

Once the photo and link are up, send a Direct Message on Twitter to @eternalsnowcom and submit an email to eternal.contest@gmail.com.

The rules:

* The contest will run for 3 months, with 1 winner per month.
* Submissions end one week before the end of the month.
* Top 10 go to a vote.
* Must be an original picture.
* You must provide us with a link to your blog, the image on Flickr, etc., with the link to our site as noted above so we can verify the link.
* Image must be in landscape format and large – approximately 3000×2000 would be good so we can resize as necessary.

If you’re snowboarding picture is chosen, you could take home some snowboarding gear!
